Lucid ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

DATA COLLECTION Lucid does NOT collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter into the app — including body metrics, drink logs, vault entries, location data, and audio recordings — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

No data is ever sent to our servers or any third party.

INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE The following data is stored locally on your iPhone: • Body metrics (weight, height, sex) for BAC calculation • Drink log history (type, volume, time, optional price) • Vault entries (text and audio, time-locked for 12 hours) • Drinking spot locations (for geofence reminders) • App preferences and settings

LOCATION DATA Lucid requests location access for two purposes:

1. To log where drinks are consumed and provide geofence-based reminders
2. To facilitate ride-sharing via deep links to Uber or Lyft

Location data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted.

AUDIO DATA The Vault feature allows optional voice memo recording. Audio files are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Lucid does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or data collection SDKs. The app uses deep links to open Uber, Lyft, and Google Maps but does not share data with these services.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Lucid is rated 17+ and is not intended for use by anyone under the legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

DATA DELETION Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all Lucid data by: • Deleting the app from your iPhone • Using the "Reset All Data" option in Settings (if available)

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
